Wherever you gather — at home, in the office, or at a private venue — I’ll bring Scotland’s finest drams to you. The Explorers Cask is a guided tasting of five exceptional single malts, each aged 10–14 years and carefully chosen to showcase the character of Scotland’s legendary whisky regions.

Expect more than supermarket staples: line-ups often feature special editions, small-batch releases, and low-bottling whiskies that make the night feel truly unique.

I provide everything — professional glassware, tasting mats, and the stories that make each dram come alive. All you need to do is bring your guests and enjoy an evening that’s as welcoming for beginners as it is rewarding for enthusiasts.

Explorer’s Cask

• 90 minutes of guided tasting of 5 hand-picked Scotch whiskies (8–15 years old)

Master’s Cask Experience

A showcase of rare and distinguished single malts aged 14–18 years

If the Explorers Cask is a journey, the Master’s Cask is the destination. This tasting brings together five older and rarer single malts, each aged 14–18 years, selected for their richness, complexity, and individuality.

These are whiskies you won’t stumble across easily — think distillery exclusives, special editions, and limited bottlings that reward patience and craftsmanship.

More than a tasting, this is a celebration of maturity in whisky — perfect for milestones, anniversaries, or for those who simply want to experience something extraordinary. I’ll provide everything: professional glassware, tasting mats, and the stories that reveal the history behind each precious dram.
